Pad Thai Stir Fry Sauce

Pad Thai is the Traditional Noodle Dish of Thailand.  It is usually served with Chicken or Shrimp, Sprouts, Thai Rice Noodles and Ground Peanuts.

Ingredients:

Oyster Sauce, Palm Sugar, Soy Sauce, Fish Sauce, Tamarind, Shallot, Citric Acid

Instructions:

  1. Heat Vegetable oil in a frying pan
  2. Add Sliced Chicken, Shrimp or Tofu
  3. Add 1 Raw Egg per Serving
  4. Add 5oz of Cooked Thai Rice Noodles per Serving
  5. Add 2oz of Pad Thai Sauce until cooked
